Forgot admin Password in My Local System

Hi Team,

I Forgot my Admin password in ITOP. Can anyone please help me to reset my password I didn't configured email in ITOP. Please help.

There is a PHP script to reset the password. The script has to be placed on the server and run locally. Send me an email (via sourceforge) and I'll send you back the script.

EDIT: The file should be placed in the <ITOP>/toolkit folder

Thank you, I found a solution, it needs to be placed in this path to execute，/usr/local/apache/htdocs/application

Hello zengyue,

Sorry I should have mentioned that this is normally placed in the "/toolkit" folder of iTop when using the toolkit. But actually it just needs to be in any first level folder of iTop (/core, /application, ...)
