Since our company is supporting multiple customers, I have setup multiple organizations via Data Administration->Organization....
My questions are:
1) Do I need to setup multiple Delivery Model , ie each customer has dedicated delivery model or I can setup one delivery model (ie infra 24x7) for all the customers ?
2) I have setup all the customers via Data Administration->Organization. When I setup the delivery model and I try to associate the customer to the delivery model, there is list of organization that I had setup for selection, if i put in the same name of the organization that I had setup previously, there will be a duplicate organization in the list under Data Administration->Organization screen , so what should i do , is it the setup sequence is wrong ?
