Agent shouldn't access parent and other organization tickets/information. Services and sub categories should display to all organizations same.

    Hi,

    I have been installed iTop2.5.0 with simple ticket management recently and here i am eloborating my issue which i am facing. Can some one help me on this,

    We have 4 locations and dedicated field engineers in my organization. Also we have centralized service desk.

    Here my problem is, If i raise a request and allocating one location. others are able to see that. My requirement is cases shouldn't display to other location engineers.

    And here i have defined locations as child organizations, but there is a option to change organization from Agent end. I just want to restrict, one more problem is i have created services and service sub categories. But if we select child organization is while raising request services and service categories are not reflect. Can you pls help me where did i make a mistake.

    Note-- I am not a developer. I am just Support manager in my organization. Can someone help me with clear resolution.

    Hello,
    Let me rephrase to be sure I understood correctly :

    So let's say you have location l1, l2, l3
    If a request is created on location l2, you want only agents located at l2 to see it ?
