Hi,

Hope someone can help me on this..

Let say if the ticket pass the SLA, the status of the ticket highlighted
in RED or ORANGE for SLA about to pass, if view from all open incident. But after resolve the ticket its back to normal mean the status RED or ORANGE no longer showing.

How if i wan those ticket pass the SLA or about to pass, after resolved highlighted in RED or ORANGE still to be appear. Your suggestion highly appreciated.TQ
