While working on 3.0 version of iTop, we encountered some inconveniences. Once a ticket marked as resolved, a new page opens with a window to enter the answer and we can't see the ticket itself.
Is it possible to customize iTop so that we can see the questions we answering?

Do you mean version 3.0 or 3.2?
3.0 is not supported anymore at this point; so it would be good to know if it happens with the latest release.
