    How to add new ticket type based on service selected when submitting user request?

    What exactly do you mean with new ticket type?

    Like "User Request", "Incident"? You already start creating a user request or incident; then select the service; not the other way around?

      I've created new type of ticket. And what needs to be done so that users can create these types of tickets at User Portal?

    Like Jeffrey I'm not sure what you mean by "new type of ticket". Instead of copy-pasting the exact same phrase, please explain ?
