Hi !

I'm not sure to understand this description : "Apply a stimulus (configurable, depending on the state of the ticket) to change the state of the ticket upon reception of an email."
Does it mean that the stimulus can only be used for changing the status ? Or is it able to call a method for doing all what I want ?
