Please advise how I can modify email notification (Note to Agent then Assign) in the message Body or elsewhere in the way to send the Caller's attachments to the Agent by email?

As far as I'm aware, this is currently not possible.
Can you explain the use case for sending the attachments by e-mail; rather than just a link to the ticket? It's only one extra click?
Or is it so agents have the attachments offline as well when they've received the email or something?
