hi all just new to this application i have seen its possible to have service family be a selection and my ocd and need for clean ui needs to figure it out
brand new install few things in database so far using 3.1 CE itop
im only interested in service family on main application if it enables in portal too then bonus any and all help appreciated
everything is setup i can make a ticket assign it to teams etc the only thing missing is service family im just wondering is it an add-on or configuration change to enable that field to show while making tickets so i have

customer contract setup with all services set up

26 service subcategories
ive also setup everything in that link tickets work but on the main application service family isnt a n option when creating a request or incident
Make sure the customer contracts are properly configured for each customer.
Also, make sure to configure the delivery model so proper teams and agents can be assigned.

I believe service family is only visible/used in the user portal.
service family is definitley available in the main application (back office portal) i have seen this on a deployed version 2 down from the current
