Hello,

default value of "can_logoff" parameter only hide the “Logoff” menu from Back-Office.
User portal still have the “Logoff” function visible and let users to log off.

This is a known limitation tracked under N°4164 in our bug tracker. It is not planned yet unfortunately, but I'll increase the number of requestors :)
