Email notification for tickets without agent

Hello,

is it possibel to create a trigger to get an email after 3 days, 7 days, 14 days and so on if no agent is set on a ticket?

You might want to look at Combodo's "Notify on expiration" extension for that.

With that extension (which must be purchased), it's possible.
