Customize Form Input Impact on Change Management

Hello,

I want to customize ITOP on Change Management Module, for existing type of input Impact is free text and I want to change Impact Form Input to be Combobox,, is it possible to change form input Impact from free text to be Combobox ?

for a detail form input as a capture attached.

You can change all these things if you customize the datamodel XML. For this, you'd need to create your own extension.
