I am upgrading iTOP from 2.7.1 to 2.7.7
then upgrading 'iTOP-jb-mail-to-automation-12012023' and 'itop-jb-framework-master' extensions.

customized 'resolution code' is overwritten during upgrade process

Attached screenshot 'After itop upgrade - res code' is overwritten resolution code
Attached file 'Before itop upgrade - res code' is with customized resolution code.

I need customized resolution code after iTOP is upgraded to 2.7.7.

please respond if you have any insights on it and know how to restore customized resolution code.
This needs to be done ASAP.

Mind that my extensions don't alter the resolution code.

Sounds like you had a custom extension (or worse, direct edit of original iTop files) before, which are gone after the upgrade.
