I'm actually quite curious, for those who have customized their user portal, what it looks like; both in terms of looks/UI as well as perhaps the information that is published to users.

It would be great to see other custom portals, so we can inspire each other!

Here's what mine currently looks like. Basically, most people reach out to me through a form on my website. This triggers a user account creation in iTop, after which they can access this portal.

Extensions used:
- Combodo's "communications to customer"
- Personally developed: MFA, suggested articles/FAQs, vote and comment (for feature requests and FAQs), portal URL brick to add e-mail and website buttons

And of course an extension to customize the default colors/CSS.

For portal users, it gives them access to their tickets and FAQs (on which they can comment). On top of that, I also manage invoices, quotes, downloads, feature requests (on which they can comment and vote), ... in iTop and make this accessible to customers.
