the fields were overlapped when the left menu and activity panel was expanded. please find attached screenshot. i not sure where went wrong. any advice would be much appreciated

  my screen resolution is 3840x2160. with the same resolution, when i view iTop demo site there is not field overlapped problem. it only happened on my site

Can you show some screenshots of the while viewport ?
Does this happen on only one object class or multiple ones ?

  I hope I'm doing this right. please find attached screenshot.
  
  For vertical tab layout. It overlaps at 90% and 75% zoom size (with left menu expanded)
  For horizontal tab layout. It overlaps at 100% and 80% zoom size (with left menu expanded)
  
  If the left menu is collapsed, no overlap observed on both layout at any screen size
