I would like to include an additional field in the User Request and Incident tickets. Basically I want to include the Caller City on the ticket view. Searching on the web I found a reference to UI customization under the Administration Menu. However I cannot find any reference to this within iTOP. I am running iTop version 3.1.1-1-12561 built on 2023-12-19 10:53:23.
Is there any simple way of customizing the screen view for a specific user?

There's some really good documentation by Combodo. And some official examples; but there's a lot more in this repository too on how to accomplish certain things.
