I think it's normal for a Service Desk Agent to have a read-only access to Configuration Management and Service Management since it's needed to process the tickets.
Is it a problem in your case?

Hi, wonder if anyone help me out on this.
Let say if i create a new User account as a Service Desk Agent.
and i wan to make that agent only be able to access to Request Management and Incident Management.
cause for now the new agent still able to access to Configuration Management,Problem Management and Service Management. PLS HELP!

I'm trying to figure out how to allow someone to change the team/agent assigned without being an admin. Has anyone had this issue?
