I looking for a function that calculate the duration between 2 given dates. The start date could be in the past due to working hours. It's there a way to do this ?

I created a custom field AttributeDateTIme and it would be the start of this calculation. It could be in the past due to working hours

As soon as the incident is created or the date is entered. It would end at the assignment date
