iTop can read my desired inbox but its unable to create any tickets. Error message and screenshot of inbox configurations below. Cron is running as well, i believe it has something to do with my ticket default values.
Error:
"Failed to create a ticket for the incoming email - Failed to create a contact from the incoming eMail. Caller = user@mycompany.com"
Hi Duane! This forum is for advertisement of (mostly) third party extensions.
Try specifying the values (IDs) for fields with 'id' in it.
Also, "name" and even "org_id" doesn't seem like fields which should be with "ticket default values".

oh i'm sorry about the forum mixup, but is there a key:value dictionary anywhere?
