New to Itop 3, I'm wondering if there is a clean way to display previous tickets during ticket creation ?
I managed to do it in Itop 2.6 but it was really ugly and involved modifying the source code (I know, bad idea... but it did wonder for several years haha).
I looked for similar questions on Sourceforge but found nothing, I'm also reading the documentation but I don't see anything relevant.
I've add the kind of result I would like to achieve in the attachments.
Hi Nicolas,
The logical place to add information like an history of ticket, would be either in a Dashboard attribute, or in a separate tab
If you want to display a list in the property tab of the object, I have never tried this, specially as in 3.0, you can configure object navigation to have all tabs content in a single page, so it become less useful.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:

Nice! Was this before or after creating the ticket?
If done after, I would indeed recommend using an "AttributeDashboard".
Not sure if it would work while creating the ticket.
