how to have open button just for resolved status in user portal

    Good morning,
    I would like to know if it is possible to make an extension that allows all users on the user portal to have the reopen button when the ticket is resolved, but just for this transition.
    Do I need to add anything in this extension that I made ?
    The photo shows an extension to prevent users from reopening closed tickets

    I think so, you'd probably just need to modify the user rights to make the transition possible.

    Do you think this is done in user rights?
    I thought it was via an extension that allows this.

    The state itself exists. So it's the profile which needs the permission to go from one state to another.
