It is my first time using iTop, i bit little confused right now.
Is there a way to restrict ticket visibility.
Example: Ticket R-01 Assigned to Mr. A.
I want only Mr. A who can see the R-01 ticket.
Mr. A only can see R-01 because its only ticket that assigned to him.
Is that possible on itop?

In the regular back-office/backend portal, you can only restrict agents to organizations; not to specific tickets.
So in other words... i cant restrict ticket like an example that i explained above?
