Service Doesn't show up in User Portal

    Hello, I have created Service Family, Services, Service sub category and SLA, Customer Contract for my customers to open a ticket from their user portal. But If I go to the user portal as a customer and click on New request, no services shows up. I am wondering what could be the reason. I have followed this documentation(https://www.itophub.io/wiki/page?id=latest:datamodel:itop-service-mgmt) and as far as I am concerned everything has been created and linked perfectly. But still no service shows up in portal. Why is that?
