I am looking for a way to create a functionality like service categorization in iTop, but applied to custom objects.
For example, I want that when I create a ticket, if I select a contact in the "Caller" field, it automatically shows me in another custom field "Assigned devices" options related only to that contact.
That is to say, to replicate the experience where choosing a Service displays the Subcategories of that specific service.
But in my case it would be:
Select Contact
Display in another field the Devices linked to that contact.
Is there a way to replicate this behavior for custom objects, and is it possible to cascade fills of custom fields in this way?

Are you only looking to link 1 device, or multiple devices?
