Not sure to understand. Can you give more details on the behavior you would like ? Some use cases examples maybe ?

Honestly I haven't really tested it out myself, but https://github.com/jbostoen/itop-jb-mail-to-ticket-automation-v2 should offer the possibility to reopen closed requests.

If not, let me know and I'll look into it.
