Merging of tickets on the basis of email subject

    Hi Team,

    Can anyone give an idea how can i merge two tickets on the basis of same subject line

    It's not even possible to merge tickets in iTop.

    I've developed an extension for it, but it still requires the agent to select two or more tickets and to specify in which ticket everything has to be put.
