I have been looking for information on if it is possible to add SLT to a new state that is added, does anyone know if this is possible?

Interesting question! Can you explain a bit more in detail what exactly you're trying to accomplish?
Hi Jeffrey, thanks for responding.
Add a new status in iTop from Assigned to Scheduled. There are currently New/Assigned (TDA) and Assigned/Solved (TDS) status SLTs.
It is possible to add a new Assigned state SLTs to the new created state (Scheduled).
This in order to measure the time that the request lasted in the Asigando/Agendado process until changing to the new status.

I think you'd need to start and add the necessary attributes using a typical iTop customization.
