    Hello,

I've installed iTop, and I want to configure notifications.
Can anyone help me to configure notifications (trigger) when:
    1) New user request appeared - e-mail notification to be send to my e-mail.
    2) state of request changed (assigned, not assigned for time period) - e-mail notification to be send to my e-mail.

Also, when i create Notification->Action in properties i see Test recipient and my e-mail. When I click on it I see error message : Could not communicate with Pegasus Mail.

    Anyone?

Did you already test to send a mail with

    http://<itop server="" location="">/setup/email.test.php</itop>

    like described in this wiki:

    https://wiki.openitop.org/doku.php?id=2_0_2:admin:notifications&s[]=mail

If the test fails, then there is something wrong in the config

    Thanks Melanie,

But may be anyone can help me with Action Body? I need link to ticked to be displayed in e-mail notification.
