Cant Validate a Change - No Team available

    Hello

    I would like to validate a change, but it is not possible, because I need to select a team, but there is no team in the drop down menu.

    I have the same problem, like here: https://sourceforge.net/p/itop/discussion/922361/thread/a1201a9c/ Unfortunately there is no solution.

    Under Configuration Management -> Contacts are two teams, but these are not available, if I want to validate a change.

    Can someone tell me, what I am missing?

    I think the requirement for a delivery model/customer contract also applies to Changes. Have you set that up?

        It's one of the most overlooked things when using iTop out-of-the-box :)

        One of the few times you actually do need to read the manual!
