#6 Create archetype to create easily blank modules

The goal is to create maven archetypes in order to create easily new root modules such as the blank modules.

Archetypes has already been shared to :
- create a company specific main project (such as main-itcb)
- create a company common specific modules (such as common)

Those project depends on main-itcb and itcb common project. So future specific functional projects could be created using dependence on the company common specific modules, instead of itcb common modules.

It's a generic level more.
