I just installed iTunes Agent but it's failing to recognize my device (Sandisk Sansa), even though I am able to sync it with its proprietary software.
I am unsure if this is relevant, but I encountered some difficulty when setting up my device in iTunes Agent - When selecting either 'Music location on device' or 'Recognize by folder/file' it shows the files on my device but doesn't allow to select anything.

The reason for this is that iTunes Agent currently only supports players that acts like removable disks. The Sansa uses a different protocol, which means it is not assigned a drive letter by Windows and therefore iTunes Agent cannot communicate with it.
This will be changed in version 2.0 and you will be able to use iTunes Agent with the Sansa.
