#14 Run an external application when finished updating

An option to run a command or application once syncing
is finished would be extremely helpful in cases where
the player needs a database updated, such as the iriver
H10 player.

I don't know what other devices require in the way of a "database update" but the MPIO HD200 basically needs playlists creating for every artist, album and genre, plus another one for "all" music. If this is a common style among devices, would it be possible to add this functionality directly into iTunes Agent?
