I installed Issue Tracker, and it works good, only the
notification
doesn't work. Telling to a friend works though.
Anonymous has "User
Mailhost" rights. I even added a mail address and an
existing username
to the "Always notify" property. No notification.

Well, now I think it has been fixed.
Made two considerable changes.
1) the message had to be converted to a proper body
2) sending to multiple people sent only one email to all.
