When installing 5.2.4.r, I got a pop-up saying, "Installing software encountered a problem. An error occurred while collecting items to be installed". The Details button provided the following:

session context was:(profile=IBM Software Delivery Platform_1 com.ibm.sdp.eclipse.ide, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).

I'm going to attempt the update again. Thanks in advance. CMR

Sorry for my delayed response. I missed your ticket. I assume that there was too much traffic on the repository. Please try installing iSphere again. Also make sure, that you run RDi with Administrator privileges unless you installed it into a user directory.

I did a couple attempts with the same result. I just did the download and install from my local machine instead.. Sorry, I forgot to update the ticket.

Don't worry. I am going to close the ticket. Last thought, I assume that you checked your proxy settings, right? On the other hand, using the zip file (local update site) for updating iSphere (or other plug-ins) is the most reliable and stable way.
