[ISCS-devel] Training call

Hello, all.  This week's training call will take place as scheduled at
19:00 EST, Thursday, Dec 6.  That will be midnight UTC.  It would be
helpful of you could read the Indirect Edit Conflicts section of the
devel-docs/Functions/CommitChanges/CommitChanges.html file.  It is some
of the more convoluted and difficult to follow logic we have.  It will
probably not make complete sense when you read it and will be difficult
to follow but the only way to understand it is to work patiently through
it.
