You can get the source code from CVS; I just created a "iscroll2_0_32" tag, but that may not become visible right away. However, this is really just the most up-to-date files, so you can just check out these.

i've downloaded the program and have opened the installer folder but don't see any instructions for installing?
Please make sure you download the installer package (iScroll2-0.29.pkg.zip), not the source code one.
