I think IQWorks still requires .NET 3.5... when I build Windows 10 computers I have to install it specially (and before the Active Directory policies lock everything down!) Assuming D: is the ISO image, or DVD: PS C:\Windows\system32> .\Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /source:D:\sources\sxs\ /LimitAccess

Hi Ed, I've reinstalled, but my colleague is having the same issue. R appears to be installed fine. .NET framework 4.0 or later is installed. Will try this on my home PC to see if its something my trust ICT may be able to help with. Thanks, Kenneth

Hi Kenneth I don't know, but from googling the error message I would say the best bet is to try uninstalling and reinstalling again - particularly the R component. Kind regards Ed

I've just checked - I get the same error, and that config file doesn't exist. What was it you were trying to do with that menu item - I suspect that the function you are calling is not working on a normal install, which is why it is in an 'old' menu. It certainly isn't required to make use of IQWorks.

From Andrew Reilly: It looks like Karim is trying to load a bitmap file using the DICOM import filter (which is the default). It would be worth him specifically choosing Bitmap from the drop down list in the open file dialog box.
