      Hello Ed,
I have just asked a colleague to check and he gets a full list of existing
ROIs (including None) when clicking the Ref ROI options. After selecting
None, he can again select any other ROI.
I am thinking that perhaps my installation is corrupt so I am going to
      re-install.
      Regards

      Hi Jan

I've just tried to do the same and got the same result. I also tried using
the supplied Catphan 600 alignment slice tree, which contains a few profile
analysis items. If you click on the Ref ROI, which starts off with the
relevant ROI, the only option is none, and once selected the original value
      is no longer available.

@AndrewReilly - is there a problem with this in 0.7.1, or have I missed
      something?
