had V4.2xx running on windows server with apache 2.2 and mysql 5x running for a wile. Migrated to linux. recompiled apache with php 5.3.5 and latest v5 mysql.
Installation of v4.92a and migration of the DB went fine , but web page looks correct only on IE8 or IE9 with compatibility mode. Opera 10 & 11 and all firefoxes and crome browsers I found around do not display menus. basically there is no menus. Looks like css is not in use, but it is in use for IE. Any ideas ?
