[Iptablelog-users] Problem with mysql

When i try to do the command

grant create temporary tables  on iptables.* iptables_user@localhost =
identified by 'xx';

it fails with error:

ERROR 1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax near '"create temporary =
tables" on iptables.* to iptables_user@localhost identified by' at line =
1

why?

I use mysql version 3.23.
