ipmiutil-2.8.1 is released

The ipmiutil-2.8.1 release is now posted. See http://ipmiutil.sourceforge.net for rpm, deb, gz, and docs.

This release adds more DCMI 1.1 features, adds IPMI System Info, and includes various bug fixes.
