Right. I think the problem with the comamnd line version is that you have to run a different class, which I've just noticed is removed from the release by our automated build. 0.9.6 includes it.
Try java -cp (name of jar) monkeypuzzle.Cli for help. (youy want the extract option)
I'm very confused about the problems from the Gui. The test works perfectly for me.
Is there any chance you could take me through exactly what you do. Maybe even a video of your work?
