You can do this with with web GUI of IPCop. - Go to Firewall-Firewall Rules - click the button "Outgoing Traffic" at the top - create a rule that allows outgoing traffic from 18h00-24h00 for a certain MAC address - create a rule that denys outgoing traffic for a certain MAC address Make sure to have the allow rule before the deny rule. Setup rules for all machines in the right order. Be aware that someone who can change the MAC on the machine can bypass your filter.
