I got it to take with the following command:

/sbin/tc filter add dev eth1 parent 1:0 protocol ip prio 1 handle 1 fw classid 1:10

Note the 1:0 instead of 1:

Is that correct?

Any ideas on why the web interface won't take a port range from me?
