Count me in too. Exact same symptoms. And no matter what I tried I could
not download ipcop.tgz.

I have the exact same problem (0.1.2b3).

As we can ping the green netcard (through it's ip-number)
our cable is in the correct card.

And when we both can download the ipcop.tgz from
the http-server to another workstation with the same
url http://green.ip.cop.number/ipcop.tgz, that part of the setup seems
to work too.
