#359 Squid - add X-Forwarded-For

Hi,

could you add the option X-Forwarded-For on squid?
This is useful when using dansguard so proxy logs
have the client ip.

I think all that needs to be done is Compile squid with --enable-follow-x-forwarded-for
This would be useful for all the folks using dansguardian on IPCop
