As discussed in issue [#123], this PR adds the following features:

Ability to navigate through unread messages.
Ability to press Enter on a highlighted unread message to open a direct chat with the corresponding person.

⚠️ Note: This does not work with Broadcast Accounts (accounts that can send messages to you, but you cannot reply to).

Additionally, .vscode has been added to .gitignore to avoid committing local VS Code configurations.
