Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we need to run ruff manually for python because two precommit hook conflicts, but there is a way to call both on different paths with one or the other (pre-commit or husky both works).
Also, we need typescript action to run formatter + linter + if possible some simple unit test cases.
Describe the solution you'd like
New precommit hook for both clients and a typescript specific github action workflow.
Additional context
This will need to be done before typescript client is formally released 😄
