Hi Shimon, You are right about the Poller module -- it performs the polling operations in the background thread(s). It wasn't designed to be executed in the main thread. In your case, you can copy the necessary parts of PollerWorkerThread into your application to make all of the required checks and updates. > I would like to create a polling module which will be called > periodically using the cron.
