[Indigosim-developer] bugs and features

Hey Guys,

I think at this point we should move to using the Bug and Feature  
Request trackers on Sourceforge. Following up on issues in the TODO  
list has become a bit unwieldy.  Using the tracker will allow us to  
see who submitted the bug or feature request and will allow us to  
follow up, explain more, etc... In addition, it will allow us to  
assign bugs and feature requests. In addition, it will let us see  
when certain issues were closed.

Are we all agreed? Please send a quick reply if you are or aren't. If  
we are, then I'll start moving most of the things in the TODO list  
onto the trackers.
